Cookies

1. The short version

These marketing and legal pages do not need cookies to work, and do not set any for advertising. Signing in to the kkoggo app requires a cookie to keep you signed in; that is what a session cookie is for and there is no way around it.

2. What we use

• Session cookies. Set when you sign in, so that you stay signed in. Deleted when you sign out.
• Preference storage. If you choose a display or language preference, that choice is stored in your browser. It never reaches us.

3. The tracking page

A recipient following a tracking link never signed up for anything, so that page is held to a stricter standard than the rest of the site: it sets no cookie beyond remembering a language choice, and it is built to load on a cheap phone over a slow connection.

A tracking link expires seven days after the delivery ends, and the page never displays the delivery PIN.

4. What we do not do

• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No third-party trackers embedded in these pages.
• No selling or sharing of browsing behaviour.
